Executive Assistant to Managing Partners 
Maternity Cover July 2026 start date. 
 
THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partners. This is a pivotal role within the firm, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Managing Partners’ day-to-day activities.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established and growing law firm known for delivering high-quality service, where you will gain exposure to senior leadership operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level client and stakeholder interaction.
 
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Partners, acting as a trusted point of contact, managing competing priorities, and ensuring effective coordination across the business.
 
WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
 
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant at senior level 
  • Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in a professional services environment (legal experience desirable) 
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business 
 
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working within a law firm or professional services environment 
  • Experience supporting Managing Partners, Directors, or Board-level executives 
  • Exposure to project coordination or business support activities 
  • Experience organising events, meetings, and travel at a senior level

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
The role will involve supporting the Managing Partners in a range of activities including (but not limited to):
 
  • Complex diary and inbox management, including scheduling meetings and managing competing priorities 
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and papers 
  • Acting as a key point of contact between the Managing Partners and internal/external stakeholders 
  • Screening calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate 
  • Organising travel, accommodation, and itineraries 
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing documents 
  • Supporting and organising business planning and strategic initiatives 
  • Assisting with Partner and leadership meetings, including minute taking and follow-up actions 
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion 
  • Supporting internal communications on behalf of the Managing Partners 
  • Assisting with event planning, networking events, and firm initiatives 
  • Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems 
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and firm-wide initiatives as required
